Tribal Infrastructure & Workforce Alliance
Empowering Tribal Nations to Build More Efficiently, Affordably, and on Their Own Terms
About Tribal Infrastructure & Workforce Alliance
The Tribal Infrastructure & Workforce Alliance is a Utah-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Tribal Nations across Utah and the Western U.S. Our mission is to reduce infrastructure project costs and complexity through expert planning, comprehensive workforce development, and strategic federal grant support. We believe that tribes deserve the resources and expertise to build critical infrastructure on their own terms, maintaining sovereignty and self-determination throughout the process.
We work collaboratively with tribal communities to identify infrastructure needs, navigate federal funding opportunities, and develop local workforce capacity. By combining technical expertise with deep respect for tribal sovereignty, we enable tribes to execute infrastructure projects more efficiently and affordably. Our holistic approach ensures that infrastructure development strengthens both physical assets and human capital within tribal communities, creating lasting economic benefits and sustainable growth.
